Mourning into Dancing is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients and volunteers. This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions document outlines how we collect, use, protect, and manage your information, as well as the conditions under which you may use our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

We may collect the following personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) from individuals:

How Information Is Collected: Personal Information is collected through online new client forms submitted via our official website and volunteer registration forms completed during onboarding.
Purpose of Collection: We collect and use Personal Information exclusively for the following purposes:
- To schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- To maintain accurate internal records related to services and volunteer participation.
Data sharing, volunteer conduct, and communication
Data Sharing and Disclosure: Mourning into Dancing does not disclose, sell, lease, or share Personal Information to or with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with any party for any reason.
Volunteer Conduct and Communication: To preserve confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries, Pastoral and Peer Counselors are required to:
- Use text messaging and email solely for scheduling or rescheduling appointments and prayer requests.
- Refrain from using electronic communication for counseling purposes, except to send work to the client.
- Avoid engaging with clients on social media platforms (e.g., not “friending,” “following,” or “liking” clients)
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client-related information.
Mourning into Dancing does not send SMS (text) messages unless initiated by the individual. All SMS communications are conducted on a one-to-one basis; bulk or mass text messaging is never used.
Access, correction, deletion, and data security
Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information: Individuals may request to access, correct, or delete their Personal Information by contacting us via:

- Acknowledge that message frequency varies and that standard message/data rates may apply.

Data Sharing Policy: As part of our commitment to privacy, Mourning into Dancing does not share customer data with third parties for promotional purposes. Mobile contact data collected is solely for direct communication and not disclosed externally.
